(觀傳媒桃竹苗新聞)【記者金祐妤/新竹報導】面對水電維修人力短缺預約困難的社會現況，新竹市立三民國中走出校園圍籬，開辦了一場最「接地氣」的營隊！校長丁淑觀自112年發起的「學生水電簡易維修營」，因實用性極高且成效顯著，自114年寒假試辦以來口碑爆棚，學生報名踴躍，校方今(17)日召開記者會宣布，今年暑假將擴大規模辦理「家長水電達人」，對象將首度擴及家長、退休教師、社區人士，水電維修不煩惱，讓生活技能在社區紮根。
丁淑觀表示，開辦此營隊的初衷非常單純，希望讓大家「生活水電自理與問題解決」，由於現今水電技工難尋，居家小故障往往求助無門，若孩子能掌握基本修繕技能，不僅能分擔家務，更能建立自信。
這項創新嘗試從首屆僅一個班，迅速擴展至第2屆2個班，到今年寒假已達4個班，呈現倍數成長。學生在專業導師指導下，從更換水龍頭墊片、接電線到基本迴路檢測，展現出高度的學習熱誠。
營隊能夠順利推動並持續壯大的背後，最重要的推手莫過於哲毅機電工程，陳勝標董事長秉持回饋社會的初衷，自第一屆起便全額贊助所有材料、講師及行政費用。他說：「只要社區有需求、學生想學、家長想學，學校儘管放手去辦，經費問題由我來扛！」
因應退休老師與家長的熱烈詢問，三民國中決定於今年夏季營隊正式擴大招生規模，這不只是一場學生的學習活動，更轉型為「跨世代技能傳承」的社區工作坊。即日起至115年5月20日開放線上報名。
三民國中「學生水電簡易維修營」，上課時間為7月2日 、3日上午8時至12時共計8節課，營隊對象、除該校學生外，也歡迎學生家長、退休教師及社區民眾參加。招生人數：每班20人，以40人兩班為限，教學重點：居家水電基礎常識、水龍頭更換、馬桶檢修、衛浴設備簡易維修、門把更換、燈具更換、簡易電腦維修及用電安全檢測等，邀請老師與家長們，在今年暑假一起走入三民國中，學會「不求人」的水電、電腦維修技能，讓節能減碳與環境永續從日常修繕做起。
