（觀傳媒彰化新聞）【記者陳雅芳／彰化報導】國內疑似爆發非洲豬瘟，農業部下令全國豬隻禁運禁宰5天，彰化多家知名肉圓與爌肉飯店面臨庫存壓力，業者坦言，一旦豬肉售完就必須暫停營業，民眾搶購現象也隨之升溫。
彰化知名的阿三肉圓今（23）日照常營業，店門口仍出現長長排隊人潮。業者表示，店內肉圓皆使用溫體豬肉，雖昨天已加量進貨，但依現有庫存，最多只能供應到星期天；北門口肉圓也指出，一旦豬肉賣完就只能暫停營業。
老擔彰化阿璋肉圓現場服務人員忙得不可開交，業者說，肉商雖有幫忙多留豬肉，但銷售狀況仍難以預估。今日銷售量與平常相近，能否持續到明天營業，業者也無法保證。至於燒肉圓，今日休息是因業者家人開刀，與非洲豬瘟無關，店門口已貼公告，休息時間將從本月14日延至明年1月16日。
彰化魚市爌肉飯今（23）日上午不到11點，已有民眾排隊購買午餐。有民眾表示：「彰化人就是要吃爌肉飯，看到禁宰令報導，怕好幾天吃不到，所以今天一定要來買。」業者指出，依目前庫存量，預計只能供應到星期日。阿泉爌肉飯昨日與今日原定休息，今日仍未營業。
全國禁宰令也帶動傳統豬肉攤銷售熱潮。三民市場一處販售溫體豬的攤商指出，適逢下週重陽節祭祖，又遇到非洲豬瘟禁宰消息，許多民眾提早採買祭拜肉品。觀察顯示，雖採買人數未大幅增加，但採買金額明顯提升，粗估銷售量比平日增加至少五成，有民眾一次購買金額上千元。
另一攤商表示，許多民眾擔心買不到豬肉，清晨就來攤位等候。對於禁宰5天，業者無奈表示只能配合政府防疫措施，但全家生計依賴豬肉銷售，若禁宰期延長，恐影響生計。
除了搶購潮，也有民眾因疫情心慌，不敢買豬肉。一位黃姓民眾說，看到新聞後立即告知家人近期不要購買豬肉，改以雞、魚或牛肉替代。
