（觀傳媒中彰投新聞）【記者廖妙茜/台中報導】農業部農糧署輔導台灣養蜂協會辧理114年全國蜂蜜品質評鑑，共有158位蜂農獲選，於23日在台中葳格國際會議中心舉辦「2025年全國國產龍眼及荔枝蜂蜜品質評鑑頒奬暨成果發表會」。農糧署陳啓榮副署長致詞時表示，今年龍眼、荔枝開花時節花況好，國產蜂蜜產量及品質皆優於往年，歡迎民眾多加採購。
農糧署表示，今年龍眼、荔枝花期開花率高、花況佳，蜂蜜產量與品質皆優。台灣養蜂協會賡續辦理「全國國產蜂蜜品質評鑑」，分成龍眼蜜組及荔枝蜜組，本次評鑑有225位蜂農參加，經評鑑結果龍眼蜜特等獎19位、頭等獎111位，荔枝蜜特等獎4位、頭等獎24位，共計158位蜂農獲得殊榮。
蜂蜜評鑑過程非常嚴謹，必須先以儀器檢驗成份品質、抗生素、農藥殘留等進行初評，符合CNS1305蜂蜜國家標準才能進入複評。複評以感官品評香氣、色澤、味道等，得奬的蜂蜜品質皆經嚴格把關，通過各項安全檢驗，將由台灣養蜂協會統一製作700公克玻璃瓶、評鑑彌封條、紙盒等包裝資材；今年另有250公克小包裝，提供消費者更多元選擇。
農糧署進一步指出，自109年起推動蜂產類產銷履歷制度，透過逐批檢驗嚴格控管，確保品質安全及來源可追溯性，推動至今已累計102戶通過產銷履歷驗證，包括個別驗證86戶及集團驗證16戶，驗證蜂箱數近3.9萬箱，占國內養蜂箱數16%以上，有效建立國產驗證蜂蜜之識別度。消費者選購時，只需要認明蜂蜜罐上的「產銷履歷標章」及「國產蜂產品證明標章」等兩項標章，即可購得優質國產蜂蜜。
農糧署強調，今年評鑑蜂蜜色澤呈現深琥珀色，香氣濃郁及風味獨特，每一滴蜂蜜都蘊含蜂農的用心與堅持，籲請國人踴躍選購貼有雙標章的國產蜂蜜，給予蜂農及國內蜂產業最直接的支持與鼓勵，更為環境及地球生態盡一份心力，相關資訊可上農業部農糧署網站。
