（觀傳媒中彰投新聞）【記者廖妙茜/台中報導】中臺科技大學食品科技系在技職教育領域再創佳績！由學生許芳瑜與李昕融聯手創作的藝術麵包作品「築夢航程」，榮獲教育部指導之「114年技職永續破風者—技之勇者展品計畫」入選肯定，自4月29日起至12月31日，於台中市國立公共資訊圖書館3樓「世界之窗展區」精彩亮相，展現技職學子的創意能量與實作底蘊。
此次全國性展覽推動多元價值與永續創新的教育理念，邀集各大技專院校菁英參與，透過作品展現跨領域的技術整合與職能成就。中臺科大食科系作品「築夢航程」從眾多參選中脫穎而出，象徵學校在技職教育的實作訓練與創新培育上成果卓越。
作品「築夢航程」以藝術麵包為創作主軸，融入航行意象與青春歷程，訴說大學生在逐夢旅程中不懈前行的故事。主創者、即將畢業的許芳瑜同學表示，作品靈感來自自己四年來的蛻變：「從大一時的自由、歡樂與無憂的社團生活探索，到大二後對實務技能的覺醒、重視與自我要求，進而投身烘焙選手培訓與競賽，並順利考取頂尖技職大學研究所，邁向下一段夢想旅程。她更指出「這艘航行之舟，承載著我的學習軌跡與夢想實踐，也凝聚師長與同儕的支持與陪伴。」
首次參與並與學姐合作的李昕融同學則分享，從構思到完成的每一階段，都體會到技職教育所帶來的自信與實力，「創作的過程不只是單純投入，更是一段學習與情感交織的旅程。」兩人將烘焙技術、食品科學與藝術美學相結合，成就這件兼具專業與溫度的作品，也展現中臺科大教育強調理論實踐、技術傳承的精神。能在全國公開徵件中脫穎而出，並於國家級展場公開展出作品，對兩位學生而言，無疑是畢業前最珍貴的榮耀與回饋。
「築夢航程」不僅展現技職教育根植實作、勇於創新的精神，也描繪青年學子踏實築夢、勇敢啟程的美好藍圖。展覽透過參與式的展出，期盼讓更多學生、家長與教育者親身感受技職教育的能量與無限可能。本次展覽預計吸引超過5萬名國中、高中職學生及社會大眾參觀，堪稱全台技職創意與實力的重要展示平台，中臺科大誠摯邀請社會各界蒞臨國立公共資訊圖書館參觀，親身感受「築夢航程」及其他技職創新成果，共同見證技職創意的綻放與教育的未來風貌。
