大惡罷終於在823結束了。民進黨「雙少數」政府為了權力，柯建銘總召與賴清德主席大量耗費民眾納稅錢推動的大罷免，落得被台灣民眾直接以32：0完封的結局，新黨輿情中心副主任孫榮富對媒體記者說，這是台灣最新主流民意清清楚楚向賴清德政府表示了「三個否決」，並喊話說：賴清德主席、卓榮泰閣揆、柯建銘總召，要知所進退。
卓榮泰領導的內閣，一年來的施政根本不及格，天災人禍不斷、對台大關稅搞不定、部份產業開始無薪假、詐騙橫行、青年畢業就是失業，只有口號沒有作為…實在罄竹難書。孫榮富強調，第一個否決，就是卓揆應該下台要換掉。若只有調整少數幾位部長而留任卓揆，這是賴清德政府換湯不換藥的死性不改。
還有，面對大罷免大失敗的結果，立法院民進黨團的幹事長吳思瑤、書記長陳培瑜、副書記長郭昱晴、林月琴，都已經表態不續任，但柯建銘卻以總召有一年任期為由，還不肯主動去職。孫榮富說，第二個否決，就是柯建銘必須儘快辭去民進黨團總召的職位，孫榮富諷刺立法院民進黨團老屁股柯建銘還不肯辭去總召，實在是「大男人不若小女子」的不知恥、厚臉皮、戀棧權位的十足政客表現。
孫榮富指出，第三個否決，就是賴清德應該要也必須要辭去民進黨主席之位。敗選就辭去黨主席，這是民進黨一直以來的傳統。而賴清德竟然還說「感謝百萬連署者也向罷團致敬，希望朝野都能聽到百萬人民的期待」。這是完全迴避自己領導民進黨推動大罷免的責任，也不肯坦然面對自己堅持走「台獨反共」路線的挫敗，更開口閉口不提黨主席是不是應該去職，這是「死豬不怕滾水燙」。
孫榮富最後提醒，面對823再敗的結果，若卓揆還是不下台、柯總召仍然不去職，民進黨主席依舊「信賴」，那麼台灣的主流民意，將還會再給「卓」內閣、「柯」黨團、「賴」進黨，一個當頭棒喝、絕不手軟更不會放水。
