（觀傳媒彰化新聞）【記者陳雅芳／彰化報導】詐騙猖獗！彰化縣每天發生超過20件詐騙案件，縣警察局統計，7月份受理詐騙案件共644件，財損高達2億3801萬餘元。為提高民眾防詐意識，彰化縣警局今（26）日特別邀請腹語師「小強」現身，用招牌腹語表演與布偶對話，生動示範防詐技巧。
小強在現場分享自己曾遭遇詐騙的經驗，她說，第一次遇到的是解除分期付款型詐騙，對方先詢問她是否有網購經驗，由於她真的有購物經驗，一度信以為真。直到對方持續打電話追問，她才起疑心，趕緊查證，才幸運躲過損失。
她也透露，近期一位朋友因假檢警詐騙損失數百萬元。小強指出，詐團刻意營造專業氛圍，視訊中安排「假警察」走動及逮捕嫌犯畫面，讓高知識份子也中招，「一般人平時少接觸檢調單位，遇到這種場景很容易緊張而上當。」
彰化縣警察局長陳明君表示，今年1至8月，縣警局共查獲詐欺集團217件，涉及1400人次，查扣汽車、現金、土地、房屋及虛擬貨幣等資產，總價值6億1246萬餘元，攔阻詐騙金額2億8494萬餘元，合計阻斷詐團金流高達8.9億元。
陳明君分析，7月財損超過100萬元的案件有60件，其中以假投資詐騙占七成，標的多為虛擬貨幣與股票。受害者以40至60歲中年族群最多，占總案量5成。性別方面，女性受害者占7成，男性僅3成，女性多為家庭主婦或服務業人員，掌握家中財務且經常上網，是詐騙集團鎖定的首要目標。
防詐宣導現場，小強也示範腹語術，解釋「腹語不是用肚子發聲，而是控制嘴巴不動，讓聲音出自喉嚨」，她回憶練習過程「初期雙頰都僵硬，但慢慢就能流暢自然。」她也幽默比喻，「腹語術和防詐一樣，需要耐心觀察和查證。」
陳明君呼籲，民眾平時務必留意可疑來電或訊息，多查證、多求證，避免財產受損。
